Welcome to Indipix (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We operate the Indipix mobile application, an online template-based banner editing app available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information.

• Shared Template IDs: IDs of templates you share with other users.

With your explicit permission, we may access the following data from your device:

• Device Notification Token: Token required for push notifications to your device.

Indipix requests the following permissions on your device. All permissions are optional and granted with your consent:

3. How We Use Your Information

5. Payment Gateway and Financial Data

Indipix uses third-party payment gateways to process payments for paid templates and subscriptions.

• We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.
• Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway providers.
• We receive only transaction confirmation and transaction ID from the payment gateway.
• Your financial data is subject to the payment gateway’s privacy policy and terms.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information:

• Access Controls: Only authorized personnel have access to personal information.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Account Deletion: Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except data we must retain for legal obligations.

Indipix is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
